Exclusive Supplements, Inc./BioRhythm accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PRICE POLICY
In the event of a price increase, we will try to give advance notice when possible. Exclusive Supplements, Inc./BioRhythm is not responsible for typographical errors.

SHIPMENT DAMAGES
Customer must notify Exclusive Supplements, Inc./BioRhythm within one business day of delivery to ensure replacement or credit.

SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPMENTS
All packages are double checked for accuracy before shipment; however, as rare as they are, mis-shipments can happen. If you believe you have been shorted on your order, please inspect all packages for a second time for the missing product. If the product is still found to be missing you must notify Exclusive Supplements, Inc./BioRhythm within one business day to have the mis-shipment properly investigated.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Exclusive Supplements, Inc./BioRhythm strives to have all orders ship out on the same working day they are received. If the order is placed on a weekend, they order will usually ship out on the next business day. Most shipments will arrive with 5 days of the placement of the order, depending on the recipient’s location. Shipments will be sent via Fed-Ex ground service. Please note deliveries can not be sent to a P.O. Box.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase as long as you return the item(s) unopened and still in saleable condition. Once received, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. We cannot refund your shipping or return shipping fees.

To return an item(s) that is not opened, please send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, invoice number, phone number, email address, the reason for the return, and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange. We will email you to let you know that we have received the return. We cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be delivered back to us or if the item is lost or broken during the return shipment to us.
